  • Scope: 60-minute individual session in-studio or on-location.

  • Coverage: Up to 3 look changes, variable lighting setups, and environmental backgrounds.

  • Deliverables: 5 retouched master images (provided in high-resolution print and color-matched web formats); full editorial and press licensing.

  • Investment: $1,200 (Additional retouched frames: $150 / frame)

Institutional Faculties & Leadership Teams

Designed for academic departments, corporate boards, legal practices, and executive committees seeking unified visual identity.

  • Scope: Half-day (up to 4 hours) or Full-day (up to 8 hours) on-site deployment.

  • Coverage: Standardized lighting and backdrop configuration ensuring exact visual continuity across all individuals.

  • Deliverables: 1 retouched headshot + 1 secondary frame per individual; full department web-directory suite; enterprise distribution rights.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES & OPTIONS

Additional Retouched Master Files: $150 per image (includes high-resolution file and full commercial license)

Fine-Art Prints: Archival physical prints produced in collaboration with local master print labs (quoted upon request by dimension and paper stock)

Analog Material Integration: Medium-format analog film integration available upon request at $85 per roll (includes lab processing, high-resolution scans, and physical proofing).

PAYMENT & COMMISSION TERMS

Booking & Retainers: All sittings and deployments are secured with a 50% commission retainer upon booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the session date.

Institutional Invoicing & Net-30: Standard 50% booking retainer required. Net-30 invoicing, purchase order (PO) processing, and phased billing schedules are fully supported for university departments, foundations, and corporate accounts.

Scheduling & Pacing: Engagements are scheduled with deliberate spacing to ensure dedicated editing attention, rapid proof delivery, and strict adherence to editorial press deadlines.
