Upon arrival at the studio, we were warmly greeted and instantly felt comfortable in the space. Jonathan went as far as to explain some of the finer points of his photography philosophies and how they would mesh with what we hoped to accomplish. Being photographed can be an awkward process, but Jonathan navigated this by being both warm and professional - which I've found is often a tight rope to walk. We received our pictures back even before we were told they'd be ready and were extremely happy with the results.
